Yes, sponsors must register. They will be contacted directly by the conference organizers with a private link to register.

Yes, all volunteers must register through Hopin.

Yes, all breakout sessions presenters must register through Hopin.

7. When will I be able to select sessions and build my personalized conference agenda?2022-04-26T09:33:01-04:00

Registered attendees will receive an email when it’s time to build their personalized agenda.

When it’s time to select sessions, you will be able to build and manage your own personalized agenda using Hopin’s “My Agenda” feature for your convenience. Learn more about managing your agenda.

8. Why does registration include an information release?2022-02-28T10:46:01-05:00

The registration form collects information from attendees including their name, title, email and organization. Attendees need to acknowledge understanding because the conference organizers will use this information to send event-related emails and to track registrations. Additionally, attendee names and job titles will be displayed on the Hopin platform during the conference so they can network with others.
