8. How do I add Hopin sessions to my Outlook calendar?

In the Hopin schedule, find the session(s) you want to attend and click “Add to calendar”. An .ics file should download to your device.

If you are using a PC, you will be able to save the downloaded .ics file to your Outlook calendar.

If you are using a Mac, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Email yourself the downloaded .ics file as an attachment.
2. Open the email in Outlook for web.
3. In the email, click the dropdown arrow beside the attachment and select “Add to calendar”.
